MEDICAL PLANNING

In the dynamic and highly specialized field of healthcare, the planning and design of medical facilities require a meticulous approach that combines expertise, innovation, and a deep understanding of clinical processes. Our medical planning services are designed to support healthcare providers in creating efficient, patient-centered environments that enhance the delivery of care.

FACILITY CONDITION ASSESSMENT (FCA)

Facility condition assessments are conducted by a multi-disciplinary team of architects, engineers and consultants. The physical site walks encompassed a building-by-building system examination of existing conditions on-site. We offer a through inspection of your facility’s conditions, including building envelope, interiors, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection (MEP/FP/IT), and low voltage.

MAINTENANCE HEALTHCARE PROGRAM

We develop customized maintenance plans based on the results of the facility condition assessment. Our plans aim to maximize the lifespan of your facility’s assets and reduce the need for costly repairs.

CAPITAL MASTER PLANNING

We provide strategic plans for long-term capital expenditures based on the facility condition assessment and maintenance plans. Our goal is to help you make informed decisions about investments in your facility. The Master Plan is a multi-phase initiative which includes a review of documentation and records related to a physical assessment of existing conditions; current space utilization; capacity based on volume, among others.
